Kimiya's beginnings
Kimiya Tactics was created in 2013 to bridge the gap between small individual sustainable projects and the exponential impact of medium and large business aligning with community, local economies and land restoration.
Sacha Bernal Coates
As Founder, Sacha Bernal Coates takes on the position of Strategic Designer, building on his operational and corporate experience in Starwood Hotels & Resorts, where he participated in the development of Six Sigma, Lean and Blue Ocean Strategies, obtaining substantial profit increases for the company as well as contributing in multiple global projects for the organization. His collaboration with Strategy Regeneration, exposes him to other industries while further spreading the use of Blue Ocean Strategy amongst the larger corporations and allowing him to liaise with an international team of innovators and game changers as well as professors from INSEAD in France. His passion for nature, puts him through a Permaculture Design Course which plants the seeds to create Kimiya Tactics and become a catalyst for business change in the era of new economics and social innovation. Sacha holds a Diploma in Hotel Management and Administration from HOSTA, Leysin, Switzerland.-
Our vision
Through combining our skills and the management of our own permaculture project, we have seen that nature is constantly changing, innovating and reinventing itself and that each form of life is supported by unique guilds, intricately intertwined in a collaborative dance of coexistence and balanced symbiosis with all living beings and our ever changing climate.
Business should be no different. -

Extractive, resource depleting and competitive business practices are not sustainable creators of value. To be a positive influence on our ecosystem, as the most advanced species on the planet, business paradigms must change towards a regenerative and collaborative model.
